The “Spiritual Leadership Series” is designed to equip those in leadership for the task of:
- Nurturing and guiding the different perspective and interests within the dialogue
- Guarding the integrity of Christian truth and authoritative voices within the dialogue
Learn the skills to become an effective spiritual leader in an era of openness to questions and dialogue about the Christian faith.
Module 1 – "Awareness and Empathy"
As the context of spiritual leadership today continues to inhabit the less structured arena of group dynamics, join us for this first training session as we explore
- A method that will both nurture & guide these faith conversations
- An understanding of how personal values shape beliefs
- Enhanced training, tools, and skills that will develop our awareness and empathy in conversation
- A biblical model of leadership that outlines the role of our voice in the conversation
